Today I bring you the Valima celebration of Nitasha and Shahryar that took place last week in Greensboro North Carolina.  For those of you who are not familiar, a Valima is generally the 3rd program in a South Asian wedding after the mehndi and the Shadi.  This is a celebration from the groom’s side of the family, and is the first time he officially introduces his new wife to his hometown and community.  Sharyar and Nitasha were officially married a few months back, and now was the perfect time to hold the valima program.  The event was very relaxed and full of family and friends.  It was great to shoot again in greensboro, and I  had a great time working with this lovely couple.  Without further ado, I present some of the images from their day.
